POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Sessions are typically one hour. Some sessions are longer depending on the session type. Your time slot will be given to you at booking.

For a normal photo session, we deliver 20-25 digital images.

​

If the couple is more than 20 minutes late-- you will have to reschedule at a fee of $75 or you can use the time left within your 60 minute session.

​

A flash drive with all of your images can be purchased.

​

We do sell digital files at $10 each. 

​

Any time over the session time is $50 per 30 minutes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

​

We do not do re-shoots due to clients not liking their hair, makeup or clothing.

​

Any re-shoots due to no fault of our own will be recharged.

 

If rain is in forecast for day of shoot, we will reschedule at no cost to you.

 

The session is agreed upon by the client and Simply Michelle Photography. We will discuss ahead of time ( before the shoot) what type of look you want for your shoot including backgrounds and places. Some places require a travel fee and additional set up fee. This will be discussed at booking.  Travel fees range from $25 - up depending on location.

 

It takes us between 2-3 weeks for your session images to be ready for download and 6-10 weeks for wedding images.

We do not give monetary refunds of any kind. Retainer fees and payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule a shoot 1 time without being charged an extra charge.

Simply Michelle Photography and/or owners of session location are not responsible for any injuries incurred during session.

 

If you do a photoshoot with Simply Michelle Photography, you agree to the policies and procedures above.
